Retiring wps-remote community module

Hi all,
some time ago I noticed a dependency update on the WPS remote module.
Since I was not familiar with the dependency, I’ve checked with Alessio, and found out the module has not been in use for a while.

Given the situation, if nobody else steps up to perform basic care and feeding for the module, I’d remove it instead. Objections?

Please go ahead! reducing the community module list (as much as reasonable) ahead of GeoServer 3 dependency updates will help reduce workload.
