[SAC] Budget Proposal 2018

All,

I've update the SAC Budget page, didn't even remember we had it, now
linked to our main page.

Please review and discuss modifications to the 2018 Budget Proposal,
briefly discussed in our last meeting.

I'll be calling for a vote at the end of the week. Since we need to
submit the proposal to the Board by end of Monday.

Apologies, forgot to open the motion on the proposed budget before the
weekend. Please vote on it in the next 24 hours, so I can turn it in to
the Board.

Guess I'm too late on this but would like to request doubling the sysadmin
budget to account for 4 x 50 hours contracts.
