Folks,
I discovered today that there were some very long running shp2img and mapserv
processes owned by buildbot on xblade14 . These processes were driving up
the load average and they may have been responsible for our previous hanging
of this blade.
I have killed all the hung processes and renamed /osgeo/buildbot/mapserver
to /osgeo/buildbot/mapserver_hidden to prevent this from reoccuring till
we can analyse the issue more deeply.
Best regards,

Frank,
I’ve found the same on the Windows buildslaves, it seems there have been a commit in the mapserver trunk which probably caused the havoc in the tests.
Best regards,

Does it mean it's not a problem with Buildbot configuration
but accidental issue related to the MS tests?

Yes, I’m pretty sure it’s not related to the buildbot itself. Disabling the mapserver-test build steps would likely be a way to go temporarily.

OK, thanks for solving it!

Just fixed this issue in mapserver-trunk and restored the mapserver buildbot accordingly.
