[SAC] cannot access osgeo wiki

Dear all,

I am trying to access the wiki.osgeo.org using my osgeo-id (ecodiv: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/User:Ecodiv), but it does not seem to work. The message I get is:

> "Login error. OSGeo Wiki uses cookies to log in users. You have cookies disabled. Please enable them and try again".

However, cookies are enables, I checked time and date of my computer, and I tried in several browsers, all to no avail. Next step, I tried to reset my password. However, that gives me:

> "Error sending mail: Unknown error in PHP's mail() function.".

Can anybody tell me how to solve this?
