[SAC] Cannot comment on Trac

Hi, I tried several times to comment on a Trac ticket but I’m getting logged out. Any idea why?

Tried both in Chrome and Firefox (Linux laptop) with the same result.

Did you disable cookies by any chance ?
It works fine for me with Firefox 45.3.0 on Ubuntu 17.04:

Hmm, that screenshot shows you as not logged in (top right); it should say "Jorge Sanz | Logout". Bizarre indeed!

Tried on:

  • Normal chrome session with cookies and local storage cleaned
  • Incognito session on the same chrome profile
  • Firefox
  • Firefox in incognito session

All with the same result, unfortunately. I sign in, add the comment and hit to send it and got the screen I already sent, apparently logged out.

(3 minutes later)

I was able to send the comment but was really weird. From that screen I show before I hit refresh and after accepting the warning about the form being reload, the comment finally appeared.

Now I try to resolve the ticket and again I get “Warning: The action “resolve” is not available.” Tried again as before but couldn’t close the ticket

:frowning:

Ppff I could close the ticket after several tries, strange.

OK let’s think it was a glitch or something, will follow up if I get this behavior again.

Sorry for the noise.

Likely your IP got blacklisted. Someone (I’m traveling so I cannot right now) needs to check the antispam tool.
