The GRASS GIS project would like to know more about their Web accesses
on https://grass.osgeo.org/ and download stats.
Here https://matomo.org/ comes to mind.
Does by chance an OSGeo-wide instance exist? I cannot find anything
but darkly remember some discussions around it.
(the old awstats.pl approach we removed when moving to LXD containers or so).
Or should we deploy it on grass.osgeo.org itself (which I like less an an idea)?
We had discussed it. I know on PostGIS we had discussed and matomo came to
mind.
I haven't investigated how much effort it would be to set up matomo.
Does sound like a feature we should have OSGeo wide.

GFOSS.it has a instance for the FOSS4G 2022, I already created a new
website for GRASS and created a user for you

I think OSGeo one could be better, or we can use the one of GFOSS
