Not so much SAC related, but I hoped that the epel packager is around
here (Volker F)?
Trying to compile QGIS on vanilla Centos 7.5 + EPEL I see that epel has
gdal 1.11.4 [0].
Anybody aware if there is (other then nobody did it) a reason epel does
not contain 2.x ?
Same with spatialite.
I'm not so much in rmp packaging, but with some help I can try?
I'll also try QGIS-dev list.

I frequently build packages on COPR, eg.
https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/neteler/GDAL/
Perhaps I could update that accordingly.
