[SAC] gdal.org domain turned over to OSGeo

Folks,

I have taken the liberty of migrating gdal.org to pairnic and owned by OSGeo.
My hope is that this will ensure more professional administration of the DNS
entries rather than me having them off on some system I don't know much about.

Perhaps someone (Howard?) could confirm I have set up the DNS entries in an
appropriate fashion.

Perhaps there are other project domains that folks would like to migrate
to administration by OSGeo?

Best regards,

Logged into Pairnic, and it looks good. (until 2024!)
