The way we are thinking for using the account is as follows:
SAC member has access just for administrative purposes (no retweeting, no tweeting)
One member from each geoinquietosXX can have access for retweeting purposes
So, suppose geoinquietosarg is announcing an important event Like FOSS4G argentina
Then they tweet on geoinquietosarg and retweet on geoinquietos.
etc.
That way the main tweet is on the local geoinquietos account and the retweet is on the geoinquietos account.
Only problem with this revival is that we don’t know who owns the account.
If you know this information, please reply only to SAC
If you have some other idea on how to use the account, please reply only to discuss

Vicky,
Thanks for taking this on. A side note, we should be using the Team
ability of tweetdeck to grant people access to post/repost as various
accounts. That way we can limit the number of people who need the access
information to the actual account, of course SAC should be given this
for safe keeping in the event we need to grant additional access or
otherwise manage the team.
We could also consider a bot for handling the retweets from the location
accounts to the main.
Indeed,
a bot would be great, I am not a a tweeting person, that is, I seldom tweet, so many things I don’t know what can be done.
So, once we find out and get the administration, we can try the bot thing
