Quick check shows that the page is trying to load openlayers JS and CSS directly from the openlayers site https://openlayers.org/en/v4.2.0/css/ol.css
instead of from an CDN service (or from a local copy on the OSGEO servers itself); This is bad practice and now breaks the page because the address is no longer valid…
Also the Vue scripts in the page is a development/debug mode, not production mode.
I suggest whowever cerated these pages is asked to repair this…
