I’m working with the OTB Project that is currently in incubation. They’d like to use an OSGeo mailing list. Can I get help from SAC to set-up the mailing list?
If I need to ask somewhere else, please let me know.

You can normally just file tickets against SAC in the OSGeo trac.
I’ll usually be the one to set things up. I could potentially do it for tomorrow in person at the OSGeo Cal. meeting if you like.
Setting up new lists is easy. Migrating from elsewhere is somewhat harder.
