Subject: Planned Maintenance: Portland Hub, 2017-04-26 00:00-06:00

NERO will be making routing and cabling changes to the Portland Hub on
Wednesday, April 26 between 00:00 and 06:00.
All work will be staged to minimize impact to downstream customers, but
we expect a few brief outages during the maintenance window. Transit
traffic will be shifted to the south-bound path for the duration of the
event.
