[SAC] hypercube restart

when restarting hypercube:
* Disable the raid bios read
* in the bios as pci slot config
* It's listed as ZCR

Documenting this because the last time we didn't, we lost it.

(Using OSGEo sac as a dumping ground so hopefully i can find it)
