Following Jody's mail about OSGeo operational budget [1] I'd like
to ask if there's a public document to track actual expenses,
made and planned, so to have a finer detail and be able to tell how much
does each of the SAC activity impact the overall budget.
No answer to this ? Alex you gave some answers on IRC, and
I asked you to use the mailing list, did any mail got lost ?
I'll rephrase the question: is there a page documenting how
the SAC budget has been spent in the past and current year,
and how much can still be allocated ?

We've been talking a few times about paying sysadmin work, I'm hoping
we can move in that direction by using the operational budget.

I just saw this thread today, somehow didn't make my SAC box. There
isn't a page, but we should make one (or are there previous yr
foundation budget reports?). There are less than 10 things we spent
funds on in a given year and Mike the Treasurer can probably provide us
a list.
Mike, can you help with this ?
Is there a (public, ideally) record of OSGeo expenses for each
year, planned and effective ? Like an expansion of this page: https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Board_of_Directors#Operational_Budget_for_2016
but for each year and detailed with actual expenses as they are
made and/or allocated.
I'd like to see improved SAC and trying to figure how much money
could be used to pay for system administration and the like.

Its not public, at that level, and not all the expenses are properly
categorized as SAC expenses but I can produce a report of what i have in
quickbooks as actual expenses. The planned is available on the wiki.

A report would be useful, thanks.
A live wiki page would be even better.
