[SAC] mapguide website feedback form

Hi Jackie,

are you in charge of mapguide.osgeo.org? Otherwise please forward this to a
mapguider who is.

The feedback form there sends mails to feedback@osgeo.org, which doesn't exist
(anymore?). I suppose the page should be disabled as nobody would respond to
it and the bounces suggest that it's only used by spammers anyway.

I’ve disabled the feedback link on the main menu, but the page https://mapguide.osgeo.org/feedback still exists and I can’t find out if this page can even be deleted.
