I propose we have an IRC-only meeting on Thursday the 22nd at 1pm CST (1900 UTC).

I'll be there.

BTW, I think that north american afternoon meetings are firmly middle of
the night in India and evening in Europe. I think morning meetings may give
a greater chance of wider accessability. Possibly a consideration in the
future?
