[SAC] Motion to accept Chris Giorgi into SAC

As many are aware, Chris Giorgi (TemptorSent on IRC) has been helping out a
lot on SAC with troubleshooting our performance issues and helping us with
deciding on suitable hardware for our next generation.

I'd like to have him officially on our team. He said he can live with us
already on IRC meeting.
