[SAC] My contract budget has been used

I've expended the budget on my Sys Contract.

Looking for a Sac team member to take on a new SysAdmin contract. We have
budget for one more contract

I'll wait a week to see if anyone is interested in taking on the role. If
no one volunteers in a week, I'll put in bid to extend the budget of my
existing contract.
