[SAC] New sysadmin contract

FYI: I've uploaded a new contract to be signed by the OSGeo president
to start SAC work on November 1st.

The contract is here:
https://nextcloud.osgeo.org/apps/files/?dir=/Admin/Contracts

Alex: do we have enough votes to claim the motion passed or do we
need another formal thread for it ?

Thanks for the offer, I'm happy to get back to speed
with LXC and all the new toys you setup, but can only
do one day per week until December.

Thanks for putting that together. I bumped the vote thread, might not have been clear based on the subject.

After reviewing the contract, my biggest concern is that it's only through the end of December. Can we make it at least 3 months, end of Jan 2021?

Also, there doesn't seem to be any noted tasks that we know will fall under this. Not necessarily an issue, but if we are going to spend all those hours in 3 months might be good to note the big items.

Thanks,
Alex

Time is money after all.

That said, I believe Sandro said he had some time to take on an OSGeo
contract for Q4 2020.

+1 for Sandro.

I've updated the contract mentioning February 27 as completion date,
so we are more flexible.

I'd leave this to Regina to supervise as she knows best what's
important to tackle at the moment. My impression is that the needed
work is mostly general maintenance.

Sounds good. No one else raised any issues, so I'll pass this to the President and Treasurer to execute.

Thanks,
