[SAC] New Website next steps

As discussed in SAC meeting.

1) OSGeo Board/Finance will create an account at
https://order.cloudvps.com/products

For a Virtual Private Server -- 4GB plan running Debian 8 (the VPS 3 plan)

No need for backup plan at this time (since we plan to backup to one of our
servers)
Basic Service Level 1 which is included is sufficient.

2)

SAC (Alex Mandel) will then be given the account details

3) SAC will do the necessary SSH setup for GetInteractive and other SAC
members
