[SAC] Next SAC meeting decide on time

In last SAC meeting we discussed changing to a weekend date to encourage
people who usually can't attend to attend.

The two times we settled on as possibly good are

Saturday April 14th 2018

Either - 4AM UTC -

&day=14&hour=4&min=0&sec=0&p1=217&p2=37&p3=43

Or 5AM UTC -
https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meetingdetails.html?year=2018&month=4
&day=14&hour=5&min=0&sec=0&p1=217&p2=37&p3=43

Let's vote on which is best. I'd especially like to hear from those folks
where the Thursday time of 8 PM UTC never works for them.

If neither of the above works for you, please state an alternative preferred
and we can add to our list for vote.

Okay sounds like this is not a great time for you.
Propose another time.

Martin had said Sunday morning UTC, Saturday evening in America worked best for him.

I'm okay with either, but I think Alex said Saturday in California was a no go for him.

I'm sorry, I'm incapable of attending a meeting at night time after an
exhausting week (I logged 17 hours on Thursday and 11 on Friday). Therefore
my favourite is still Sunday morning around 6 to 8 UTC after I had a chance
to recover a little bit.

That works for me. Okay next meeting will be at 7 UTC on Sunday April 29th?

We can maybe alternate times so meeting after will be Thursday.
