Right now PostGIS trac sends change info to postgis-devel@lists.osgeo.org,
there is now a new list postgis-tickets@lists.osgeo.org which should
receive those mails.

file and change postgis-devel@lists.refractions.net to postgis-

I have made the change, and restarted apache which I hope will put the
