[SAC] [OSGeo] #103: Move main OSGeo Wiki to OSGeo infrastructure

As per:
http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/103#comment:8
and below...
I'm realising I can't do this alone without being a huge bottleneck. Can someone else help with this migration task?

I have the dump file saved on osgeo1 in /home/tyler/wiki/

Changes (by tmitchell):

  * priority: normal => critical

Comment:

This item has become more critical as current host is moving some systems
and our wiki will be down otherwise.

  * I have a dump file available, but need someone to help load it and test
the instance.
  * Also, I don't have time to enable the LDAP or other plugin tests, or to
do the final sync and flip the switch.
  * What about DNS issues?

I expect some significant personal off-line time for a few days in the
upcoming weeks, so I'm looking for someone(s) to help take this task from
me if possible.

Tyler

This is the task we've already been talking about weeks ago. Right ?
Didn't someone note that priority of moving the Wiki alone would not be
tremendously high ....

Anyway, I'll see what I can do here - I'd say I start by reading the
entire ticket :slight_smile:

Cheers,
  Martin.

I see. Did already someone export the user base from the old Wiki ?
I'm going to meet Arnulf personally this wednesday, this probably would
be a great opportunity to talk about open issues,

Hi Martin,
Thanks for the offer to help.

Yes it is.

Well, the rest of SAC can try to convince me it is not important :wink: but it is one of most used community tools and we have no way to administer the instance in case of an emergency or to add new plugins, etc.
