planet and live seems to be down as well.

i'm also seeing a problem with it.

It seems that the MapGuide site works fine, while for the similar FDO site
no further links beyond the front page work. I've skimmed the
configurations and they seem similar. The FDO mysql db seems ok at a
glance.
Perhaps i'll be able to look into this more at work.

I am still seeing the FDO site as being unavailable past the front page.
It was working for a short period earlier today, but now has reverted back
to the broken state. What status can you share?

Sorry missed this comment. Yes it appears that outside the homepage drupal
is only serving on https. That led me to a solution.
fdo2.osgeo.org and https://fdo.osgeo.org were working. What was different:

DocumentRoot /var/www/fdo <- breaks
DocumentRoot /var/www/html <- works
}}}
Appears fixed now. Please verify.
