The old sites for 2007 and 2010 are offline. 2010 appears to have been
commented out of the apache file. 2007 is commented in, but maybe is
missing a server alias for 2007.foss4g.org.

Yes all of the the old foss4g sites that run php are offline until
sometime has time to do a security audit and possible updates to old php
code. We've been discussing ways to static archive such sites to
facilitate safer retirement.

I've placed a static version foss4g2007-static.zip in my home directory on
2007.foss4g.org, so that site can be brought back up.

Note that http://mum03.mapserver.org/ also seems to be in the same group
of sites to bring back up (it was mentioned in #1322 which has been closed
as duplicate)
