The majority of the old FOSS4G sites are not online. Some include old
presentations / etc, that would be good history to retain.

The http://mum03.mapserver.org/ (2003 MapServer meeting site) seems to
have gone offline as well. It points to the same IP address
(140.211.15.68) and returns the same "under maintenance" message as the
FOSS4G sites listed above.

The foss4g sites still seem to exist on the server, but the entries in
/etc/apache2/sites-available are all commented out.
