The wiki article from the summary line has been spammed by user with
nickname Jarredanders: addition is "Legal information" linking to a
website:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/index.php?title=BusinessCards&diff=0&oldid=25668
Looking at contribs of this user allows to see more unwanted modifications
on
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/LandcoverDB_GSHHS_Detail
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/FOSS4G_Metrics
I have cleaned up those additions, but I don't know how to block the user
with nickname Jarredanders.

Done, the url is Special:Block, but if you are in the correct admin group
on the wiki then a block link appears next to user names in the diff or
history links.
