Hello,

Following a birds of a feather meeting in foss4g 2014 we decided to ask
osgeo if we can create a new list.

exact name of the list : utilities-telecom

This has not been requested directly by OSGeo project PSC

purpose : build a comunity of interest around the utilities and telecom
sectors to discuss and develop opensource solutions, datamodels, and open
standards.
