#1489: I (possibly everyone else) don't have wiki edit privileges on Fusion trac

I don't know who is an active admin on the Fusion trac instance (I thought
I was one), but I do not have the ability to edit wiki content.
Anyone else who's logged in may possibly have this same problem.

I've added them all in Cc. Please confirm you can edit wiki pages so we
can close this ticket (21 months must be enough to fix thing..)
