The landing pages on the OSGeo website for projects are old and out of
date. The project links should point to the actual project pages.

Comment (by neteler):

The original idea was to have up-to-date summary pages which then link to
the respective project pages, also for layout style consistency.

The board may ping the respective projects to update their project's OSGeo
website.
