Connecting to https://gdal.org/ reports a "*.osgeo.org" certificate being
used, not matching "gdal.org"

Hi. Apparently this invalid certificate now prevents some people to
consult gdal.org with some browsers with secured settings. See
https://twitter.com/sgillies/status/905528321789845505. Firefox says that
the certificate is only valid for drone.osgeo.org
