Comment (by ian):

I've updated drupal roles for Endofcap, Jive, Anitagraser and Venkat (+
Project Manager, + Translator)

I'm unable to find users Helena, Vasile, Maxi71, Msmitherdc and Dirkf in
the drupal system.

Could someone in SAC advise how LDAP usernames should propagate to drupal
(do these users have to do something else first)?

Comment (by wildintellect):

I suspect they have to login once before permissions can be elevated. I
can't recall if this specific install works that way but other Drupal
sites I've used require that. Since the login is LDAP I don't think
there's any special user creation mechanism. But I'm guessing Christian
and Martin would know better.
