On wiki.osgeo.org the captcha is sometimes:
"What is the acronym of the organization running this wiki? "
Neither "osgeo" nor "OSGeo" are accepted as answers.
Quite an experience to live in fear, isn't it?

Sorry, this has been driving me crazy too, I just hit it again now. I
fixed it in the 'LocalSettings.php' file on the server: it was actually
expecting the text "OSGeo Wiki", I changed that to "OSGeo". Sorry
students, I could not wait! Please verify this fix.
