As an alternative to disable accounts (spam accounts), it may be useful to
know how to trigger a password reset (and have the new password sent to
the user). It should be documented on https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC:LDAP

Or better, _provide_ a password reset tool, as it is currently not
available.

We want to document that on the wiki (how to change a user password), then
provide a tool to set a new password and mail it to the user.
