We need to get 2018.foss4g.org up and running for the Dar LOC. This will
be used as a splash page for the FOSS4G website. 52.28.51.102 is the IP of
an AWS instance that Ragnvald administers for the Dar LOC.

* Creation of 2018.foss4g.org
* Point 2018.foss4g.org to 52.28.51.102

Server needs apache and php to do this. Keys available upon request to me.
Server sports a 16.04 version running on Amazon.

Is the server working, checking the IP it returns Internal Server Error. I
think we we're just waiting for confirmation that the site is actually up
in some way.

I've added the A Record, now someone on your team needs to fix the server
so it actually serves content. I'm going to leave this ticket open, until
there is confirmation that a valid splash page/web site is up.
