May I request to install the XML-RPC Plugin for our Trac?

https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/XmlRpcPlugin

AFAIU, it will be accessible only to the authenticated users.

I need it to evaluate Trac to GitLab migration, with pilot project is to
migrate GEOS data to GitLab.

Comment (by strk):

Please check if the XMLRPC plugin works fine with Trac 1.2
Also, I remember you mentioned a CSV export, is that something we can
do w/out this XMLRPC plugin ?

Comment (by Mateusz Łoskot):

Yes, it should work w/ Trac 1.2 (https://trac-hacks.org/changeset/16279)

Do you see a problem with installing the plug-in? A security issue?
If possible, I'd like to try the Trac API.

I don't see an issue with that.
Do you have privileges to do the install yourself system-wide ?

Chances are XML-RPC module would also make it easier to use command-line
tools (right now I'm using cartman which scrapes the web page...)

Comment (by Mateusz Łoskot):

No, I don't have any system-wide admin privileges and I'm not going to
request any such privileges. I prefer to reach out experienced OSGeo
sysadmins w/ my request.

Yes, Trac access via a Web API could be useful others too.
