This seems redundant with remaining #2038
and past #2013
and now that we have it all installed on https://staging.www.osgeo.org
and GetInteractive has given us all the code (which includes the
additional plugins they installed for reference) -

I think we have enough to know what to resetup on osgeo server if we
decide to do that.
