Service provider directory responsibility should be taken by
https://staging.www.osgeo.org/service-providers/
Open questions:
a) Anyone up for a bulk migration? Or should we build up the list again
b) Should we let service providers be editors and create their own page?
Advantage is they need an osgeo id for that ...
Alternative would be something similar to what GeoForAll has requested, a
form for service providers to fill in, and a volunteer responsible for
review/approve submitted service providers
