The https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/osgeo has osgeolive projects as osgeolive
is in incubation, create a https://git.osgeo.org/gogs/osgeolive and move
the osgeolive repositories to that.

This will allow OSGeo to have only osgeo related repositories like for the
website.
