Cross reporting the following issue:
* https://github.com/OSGeo/osgeo/issues/174
Unable to provide a sponsor logo, the form used requires a "crop" to the
correct size, and the crop button remains gray when clicked preventing the
sponsor form from being published.

MarvinGI reported fixing this issue locally:
''I fixed the issue locally by installing the PHP GD Library. For php 7.0
the command to install this library is sudo apt-get install php7.0-gd.''

}}}
Also updated https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC:betawebsite to reflect all
the php5 extensions we have installed.
