If we're going to hang on to the staging machine for a few more months we
should install the munin client on it, and configure webextra to pull it's
stats.

I just did {{{sudo apt-get install munin-node}}}, will verify default
plugins and attempt to configure the master node on webextra to read the
data.

Still missing apache plugins configuration.
