Hi,

There are multiple references to http://www.osgeo.org/code_of_conduct on
the wiki, events and so on (on Google...).

I've created a new page just to fix the broken link. I've just created the
page with the correct permlink. I did not added it to any menu.

The contents I use are copied and pasted from the wiki
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Code_Of_Conduct

Some else, from the should review it and make sure this is the correct
version.

The text on the new web site is exactly the same.

The Code of Conduct is now on the expected URL, at
