Comment:

Permanent redirect added, it will also always force HTTPS, just because I
hadn't found an easy way to keep using the protocol of the incoming
request (the world is going to enforced https anyway, so not sure it's
worth trying harder).

NOTE: this was done via Apache configuration, which is under a local git
repository for now.
