Instead of using the filter, on the menu, under about OSGeo is the list of
charter members.
The whole list has being migrated.
2 sections currently,
* 1) for the members that have logged in the OSGeo website, has links
* 2) for the members that have not logged in the OSGeo website, does not
have links
