I plan to move the website this weekend www.osgeo.org from cloudvps.com
over to
web18a.osgeo.osuosl.org.
I had actually planned to do this today but got busy with client work.
If anyone has issue with this speak now. I don't expect there to be more
than 15 minutes of downtime.

To clarify by what I mean by downtime.
The site will always be available for viewing, but there will be probably
about 15 minutes or so where you can't edit anything until after the move
is complete.

Done. Thought the DNS may not have fully propagated around the world.
I did my best to turn off editing on the old website by taking away edit
rights from everybody except admins. So admins be where. Make sure
before you edit, your
