OSGeo UserID password isn't accepted, neither for me nor Regina. Possibly
same issue as it was for #2120

Comment (by martin):

/etc/init.d/nslcd force-reload\\
/etc/init.d/nscd stop\\
rm -vf /var/cache/nscd/*\\
/etc/init.d/nscd start

Unfortunately I didn't find any clear sign *why* this happened, I suspect
the cache hit its default limits.

If this happens again, try to set the suggested-size for passwd in
/etc/nscd.conf to a bigger number, like 499 for example (must be a prime
number).

Comment (by strk):

I confirm I can login. Is the /etc/nscd.conf untouched from package or was
it changed ? Should we put all of /etc/ under a local git repository too ?
