Per https://trac.osgeo.org/gdal/wiki/rfc71_github_migration , the GDAL svn
repository will now be unused. Could you please turn write rights into it
off?

Accomplished by removing the group rw-permissions from the respective
authz file.\\
Apparently the same method was used on the QGIS SVN repo beforehand.

Please check and confirm.
