For some reason the cert had not renewed though it is set to renew every
30 days so I manually renewed it. The cronjob looks okay.
I installed all updates on the server and rebooted.
certbot I confirmed is at 0.28.0 which is new enough to not use deprecated
TLS-SNI-01 method.
