I started reviewing the bacula setup and querying the backup jobs.

Looks like Web18aBackup is broken and has been for sometime at least since
2018-09-29 which is the first listing I see for it

The download rsync job on that box appears to be working fine though I
can't access the download2.osgeo.org via web claimed in the docs.

I've started updating the wiki page with commands I find useful for
auditing bacula - https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC:Bacula#Administration

At a glance the others seem to be working but haven't verified to see what
they are actually backing up

I think it might be because I blocked off most ports and it probably needs
to communicate on port 9102 is my understanding.

I've opened that port on web18a and manually triggerd a backup. It's
still recycling so too early to tell if that is the issue. Prior errors
were something of the form "couldn't connect to server"

opening the 9102 port on web18a appears to have resolved the connection
issue and I now see files listed in the log.
