Container will be based on debian 9 template with LDAP connect.

Will give grass folks shell access.

grass.osgeo.org is currently running on osgeo6

Setup a grass container. No ports exposed. Gave neteler instructions to
enter and finish setting up.

Forgot to mention I capped it at

100 GB disk
4 GB RAM
2 CPUs max 20% of server
